Mobile Service & Travel Fees
We bring the shop to you — at home, work, or anywhere you need service.
Travel is free within 15 miles of central Salt Lake City.
For locations beyond that, a small travel fee helps cover time and fuel:
15–25 miles: $25
25–35 miles: $45
35–50 miles: $65
50+ miles: Priced case-by-case
If you're not sure which zone you're in, just reach out and we’ll calculate it for you. Travel fees may be reduced or waived for large jobs, return clients, or community support situations.
No-Show & Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $45 cancellation fee. Missed appointments or no-shows may be charged a $65 no-show fee to cover travel and time reserved.
Oil Changes
Offered only as an add-on to another service. Pricing starts at $55 for conventional oil and varies by type and vehicle. We use high-quality oil and filters with proper disposal included.
Location & Access
It’s the client’s responsibility to make sure vehicle service is allowed at their location (including apartments, HOAs, or rentals). If we’re unable to complete work due to being stopped or denied access, a partial fee may still apply for travel and setup.
Fluid & Surface Disclaimer
We take care to prevent fluid leaks or stains during service, but occasional drips may occur. We’ll clean up any spills to the best of our ability, but we can’t be held responsible for permanent marks or damage to driveways or pavement.
